In a time of increasing complexity in our legal system, people
who are unfortunate enough to be injured or killed as the
result of someone else’s fault need aggressive and competent
legal representation to insure that they are fully compensated
for their misfortune.
This may include reimbursement of medical expenses,
lost income, and compensation for disability, pain, and
suffering. Because we live in a free enterprise society (a
concept Earl strongly believes in), it is the nature of
insurance companies to minimize their losses. Stated simply,
their goal is to pay as little as possible.
Earl fights for the rights of his clients against the
insurance industry. He strongly believes in his clients’
causes and their right to be adequately compensated for their
losses. |
